Surrounded by unstable waters, but always with faith, they fight for the survival of each man, hoping that tomorrow brings more of their livelihood. They are absent husbands and parents, they have fears and it’s hard for them to express what’s in their souls. Their attentive and silent glances define the sea as a mysterious force, with a heavy brow, they watch the prow that sinks and rises gracefully among the waves. They raise their rough and callous hands to the skies, asking for the protection of the Virgin Mary.
