| Synopsis: | Side by side with a historical framing of the first years of the portuguese colonial war in Africa, the film questions the adapting process of the military in a guerrilla conflict which most of them were not prepared for, and a social and cultural context usually ignored by the portuguese soldiers. It confronts surviving images and sounds with political, civil and, mainly, military statements of those who directly suffered a cruel violence, at that time, officially concealed. |
