Born in May, 1970. Got her degree in Industrial Design, followed by a post-graduation in the same area at the Glasgow School of Art/Centro Português de Design. She studied painting at Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes de Lisboa and in 1992 interrupted her studies during one year to perform animation studies at Tobistoon. Since this date, she kept working in animation, collaborating with several studios and developing her own projects. In 2004 created her own production company, Gomtch-Gomtch. Simultaneously, she works in illustration, theatre backgrounds, workshops for children and websites creation.
