Born in Lisbon on the 13th June 1967.
Attended Painting at the Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa until the 3rd grade and finished the Music and Composition course at the Academia de Amadores de Música de Lisboa.
His early works are scattered between newspapers illustrations, magazine cartoons, book covers illustrations and some painting and illustration exhibitions.
Starts his collaboration with ANIMANOSTRA in the beginning of 1992, were he worked in several animation series has animator and lay-out artist along with small author films for the RTP (Portuguese TV station) children’s programme “Jardim da Celeste”.
DIES IRAE is his first work as a director.
