This film programme with livemusic, offered three chapters of FILM IST.(7-12), and film material from the Bits and Pieces collection of the Nederlands Filmmuseum, which was one big source for the research and selection of filmexcerpts for FILM IST. The Bits and Pieces collection comprises short footages, which are unidentified, and coming from all genres of film. They were numbered and put together in reels of about 15min length. The musicians have played live to three of these reels.
